Visit to Deafinitely Theatre

On Tuesday, 12 February, in the morning, I visited the Deafinitely Theatre for a chat with the Artistic Director. We had an interesting conversation about issues such as long-term sustainability, continuation of training for deaf actors and the next generation of the deaf actors.  Also we talked about high quality theatre and its success of their performance work.  This theatre company strongly focus on deaf theme incorporated into theatre through few different techniques such as classical acting and method acting.  It was good to have this conversation as it made me think about things that I need to think about.
